Published: Tuesday, April 25, 2006 How about a booze guzzler tax? As I read about this "Gas Guzzler Tax" proposal, I see that it is the working class Vermonter that is going to take the biggest hit. Generally our wallets are a little tighter and our pockets not so deep.
